Spread the love

Since its creation in 2009, Bitcoin has become the world’s most valuable cryptocurrency, making millionaires of many early adopters of the digital currency. But, as we all know, not everything that goes up must come down; and like an investment in any other currency or commodity, Bitcoin can fluctuate wildly in price over time. But now, there’s a new way to invest in Bitcoin: poetry! Say hello to the Crypto Currency Poetry Contest, where you can enter your best poem about cryptocurrency – and if you win, you could take home the jackpot worth thousands of dollars!

Why write poems about cryptocurrency?

There are many reasons to write poems about cryptocurrency. For one, it is a new and exciting topic that is full of potential. Secondly, crypto poetry can be a way to express your love of the technology and its potential. Third, it can be used as a form of investment education – teaching others about the basics of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies through the beauty of verse. Fourth, it can be a fun and creative outlet for those who are passionate about words and numbers. Fifth, it can help promote adoption of cryptocurrency by showing the general public that there is more to this technology than just an investment tool. Sixth, it can serve as a form of catharsis for those who have lost money in the volatile world of cryptocurrency trading. Finally, it is often possible to make money off of crypto poetry. With all these benefits, it is not hard to see why so many people are writing poems about cryptocurrency! One person I interviewed shared how they started out with a poem titled Every Coin which details their journey into the world of cryptocurrency. Another woman I spoke with was first attracted to Bitcoin after reading a book called Satoshi’s Treasure and then turned her poem into an animated short film on YouTube. The Bitcoin Poems website has even published some excellent examples of crypto poetry such as You Don’t Know Me but I’m Taking Over , a piece about Blockchains becoming too big to fail. You can find links to all these and more below.

When and where should you share your crypto poetry?

There’s no wrong time or place to share your crypto poems. You can post them on social media, forums, or even cryptocurrency subreddits. You can also send them to friends and family members who are interested in Bitcoin or cryptocurrency. If you’re feeling really creative, you can even create a Bitcoin-themed book of poetry. Whatever you do, just make sure you enjoy the process and don’t take yourself too seriously. The best thing about writing crypto poems is that it encourages creativity. Some people might have tried their hand at writing love letters, but when it comes to cryptocurrencies, there aren’t many options for expressing love through words – except for Bitcoin Poems!
If you’re still not convinced that this is worth your time, keep in mind that these poems are highly personal expressions of emotion about cryptocurrency. It might be more difficult than you think to find something more personal than that! Crypto poetry doesn’t only consist of love poems either. People use crypto poetry to express any kind of emotional reaction they might have to Bitcoin or cryptocurrency. Whether it’s fear, excitement, frustration, anger, regret – all of these feelings are fair game when writing crypto poems. After all, that’s what makes them so special: they’re completely unique from one person to the next because they come from such a personal perspective. No two people will ever feel exactly the same way about cryptocurrency as long as we continue reading and writing Bitcoin Poems together!
There’s no limit to how creative you can get with crypto poetry. There aren’t many rules, but here are some tips for creating better cryptocurrency poems. First of all, try to avoid regular rhymes like stichomythia and syllepsis. Although those can work occasionally for some situations, overall they just make your poem harder to read and understand.

How can I turn my poetry into a new business venture?

If you’re a fan of cryptocurrency and have a way with words, why not combine the two and start a Bitcoin poetry business? You could write original poems about Bitcoin, or compile existing ones into an anthology. You could even start a monthly subscription service, where people can receive a new poem every month. Whatever route you decide to go, make sure you market your poems well and get the word out there – after all, what’s the point of writing cryptocurrency poetry if no one knows about it? I hope this helps! I’ll be back next week with more tips on how to be successful in the world of Bitcoin.
